The dining room is J's hub. Here, cutlery is clinked and toasts are made all year round, and in the kitchen the pans are constantly simmering.

The large bar is the heart, but it is around the tables that our guests socialize, eat and drink well and feel the tranquility of the archipelago - yet only fifteen minutes from the pulse of the big city. In winter, we like to sit down with a glass of red and some snacks on the sofa in front of the fire, because what could be more natural than gathering around a fire?
