Right by the water's edge, with views of Blockhusudden on Djurgården and Lidingö's southern shore, you'll find Restaurant J. It's super easy to get here, just a short boat ride from the city, perfect if you want to escape the city stress, enjoy a delicious dinner by the sea, a refreshing drink, and experience some of life's best moments.
Our cooking is firmly rooted in Scandinavian cuisine, with a few international touches, where seasonal ingredients from both land and sea are prepared with love and passion.

One of Stockholm's Most Personal Christmas Buffets
Here, we offer a Christmas buffet that feels more like coming home to someone’s house than dining in large banquet halls or at buffets. We’ve now opened reservations—and with a limited number of seats, it’s a good idea to book early. Outside, the fire pits are burning, and inside, a cozy dining room awaits with a crackling fire and a classic Christmas buffet featuring homemade herring, sausages, salmon, ham, and much more.
For an extra touch of luxury, you can also pre-order seafood. All of this is just a short boat ride from Nybrokajen.

The summer bar
On the quayside is J's summer bar. The atmosphere here is so pleasant that it's easy to stay when the afternoon turns into evening and the sun sets over the bay.
The Dining Room
The dining room is the heart of J's. Here, you'll hear cutlery clinking and toasts being made all year round, while the kitchen is always bustling with pots simmering.
The Veranda
Out by the fairway, you'll find The Veranda, where the water creates a lively backdrop for a relaxing lunch or a summery setting for long dinners in the evening sun.
