Crayfish Party at Restaurant J—the beginning of a tradition
This August, we’ll be making history when we host our first crayfish party at Restaurang J—an evening we hope and believe will mark the beginning of a new tradition by the water.
Saturday, August 15, 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
We’ll set the table and decorate the entire Veranda for a late-summer evening filled with crayfish, folk songs, live music, laughter, and late hours as dusk falls. A true crayfish party in the spirit of J—warm, generous, and with the sea right next door.
The evening includes a welcome drink, crayfish with classic sides, and a late-summer evening in true J spirit.

Welcome to Restaurant J
Right by the water's edge, with views of Blockhusudden on Djurgården and Lidingö's southern shore, you'll find Restaurant J. Our cooking is firmly rooted in Scandinavian cuisine, with a few international touches, where seasonal ingredients from both land and sea are prepared with love and passion.

Jazz at J
Hannes Löfström's trio is back, offering atmospheric jazz in the true spirit of the 50s and 60s, inspired by legends such as Bill Evans and Oscar Peterson.

The summer bar
On the quayside is J's summer bar. The atmosphere here is so pleasant that it's easy to stay when the afternoon turns into evening and the sun sets over the bay.
The Dining Room
The dining room is the heart of J's. Here, you'll hear cutlery clinking and toasts being made all year round, while the kitchen is always bustling with pots simmering.
The Veranda
Out by the fairway, you'll find The Veranda, where the water creates a lively backdrop for a relaxing lunch or a summery setting for long dinners in the evening sun.
